Customers must be 21+ years of age to sign up for the club. An adult signature and proof of age are required for delivery. We strongly encourage using a business address for receiving your wines, if possible.

Shipping takes place on the second or third Friday of the month in which the club is billed. Please let us know if you would like a shipment held due to travel or adverse weather in your area.

We ship with GLS to most addresses in AZ, CA, CO, ID, NM, NV, OR, and WA, and with FedEx to eligible addresses in other US states. We do not currently ship to AL, AR, DE, IA, IL, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, MT, NH, OK, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, and WI.

Shipping costs vary by state and are calculated at checkout.

Title to, and ownership of, all goods purchased passes from Ancient Wine Guys, LLC to the purchaser within the State of California at the point of sale. Purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from the warehouse to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of said purchases, Ancient Wine Guys, LLC is providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Ancient Wine Guys, LLC, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, and is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required. Ancient Wine Guys, LLC makes no representation as to the legal right of the purchaser to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state.
